Midway Meadows is community of 220 + residents, located at Midway Road between Frankford and George Bush (I-190) Freeway in North Dallas Texas.
Midway Meadows web site offers various services that keeps you in touch and informed with your community through the following services:
- Yard of the Month Announcements
- Community Calendar
- Local Dallas News Feeds
- Preferred Vendors List - These are vendors who are recommend by your neighbors
- Membership Directories, Newsletters, and Flyers
- Crime Watch and Personal Identity Theft Security Tips
- And occasionally, a 'Lost Kitty' announcement
If you would like to connect with your neighborhood, and have not already paid for your membership dues, please take this time to contribute $100 to our association, showing pride in your neighborhood.
How are the MMVHOA funds spent?
- The care and maintenance of the common areas.
- Capital improvements, such as the recent addition of new “Crime Watch” signs, improved lighting at the Midway Meadows entrance, and the landscaping of the Rodale entrance.
- Any additional funds, if available, will be spent on additional improvements in the neighborhood.
We currently have 25 neighborhood residents who contribute their valuable time, volunteering for the betterment of all Midway Meadows home owners. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact: Mike Fernandes at mike@siteselectionservices.net
